Priority of Documents
In case of any discrepancy between this document and its translations, the English version shall prevail. Additionally, the terms of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and applicable regional legislation shall take precedence over this document where applicable.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. How We Use Cookies
AtoC.ai uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: Required for the website and app to function properly (e.g., authentication, session management, security, push notifications).
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our service so we can improve it. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Mixpanel are integrated in the mobile app. Product-analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) are active only after user consent (EU/EEA requires explicit consent; other regions may be enabled by default with opt-out option). Crashlytics and AppsFlyer attribution are always active for error monitoring and install attribution respectively. If additional analytics services are added, they will require your consent before activation, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.
- Preference cookies: Remember your settings and preferences (e.g., language selection, display options) to enhance your experience.
- Advertising cookies: Advertising cookies and AdMob identifiers are only activated after your explicit consent via our consent dialog. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings. For EU/EEA users, consent is requested before any ad tracking begins. Russian users: ad personalization is disabled by default in compliance with 152-FZ.
3. Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you disable essential cookies, some features of AtoC.ai may not function correctly.
In the mobile app, you can manage analytics and advertising consent in the app Settings. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing consent stops future data collection by consent-controlled analytics SDKs but does not delete data already collected.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We use trusted third-party services that set cookies or similar identifiers on our behalf for analytics, error tracking, advertising, and payment processing. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. A current list is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Safety disclosures.
5. In-App Consent
For EU/EEA users, California residents, and other jurisdictions where required, in-app consent dialogs are presented before any non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are activated. Essential cookies and always-active SDKs (Crashlytics, AppsFlyer attribution) are necessary for security and attribution and are not optional.
6. Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies, please use the in-app support channel or contact contact support.
