2. Subscription Platforms

Depending on your device and payment method, subscriptions may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store — for iOS users.
  • Google Play Store — for Android users.
  • RevenueCat — for cross-platform subscription management.

Refund requests for subscriptions made through Apple or Google must typically be submitted directly to the respective platform, as they control the billing relationship.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error or did not intend to purchase.
  • The service was unavailable or severely defective for an extended period.
  • You are within any applicable statutory cooling-off period under local consumer protection laws.

We do not provide partial refunds for consumed subscription periods or for services already used.
