Priority of Documents
In case of any discrepancy between this document and its translations, the English version shall prevail. Additionally, the terms of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and applicable regional legislation shall take precedence over this document where applicable.
1. Minimum Age
AtoC.ai is intended for users aged 13 and older, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly permit registration by anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account or provide any personal information.
2. Parental Consent
In certain jurisdictions, users between the ages of 13 and 16 (or another age threshold defined by local law) may require verifiable parental consent before using online services. If you are in such a jurisdiction, you must obtain parental consent before registering for AtoC.ai.
3. Age Misrepresentation
If we discover that a user has provided false age information or is under the required age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and delete any associated data, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Data Collection from Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please use the in-app support channel so we can take appropriate action.
5. Clans & Competitions (Planned)
When clan-based competitions are introduced, users aged 13–17 may participate only with verifiable parental consent where required by local law (especially EU, Brazil Digital ECA, US COPPA/state laws). Competitive elements are not gambling; hints and rewards are earned through activity and skill. Parents may restrict social features and purchases through parental controls.
