Delete your account in the app
If you still have the app installed, the fastest way is:
- Open AtoC.ai and go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data will be deleted.
Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:
- Send an email to our support address with the subject "Delete account".
- Send it from the email address linked to your AtoC.ai account — the sender address verifies that the account belongs to you.
- If we cannot verify ownership from the sender address (for example, you signed up with Google or Apple and use a different mailbox), we will send a confirmation link to the email registered on your account.
- After verification, your account will be deleted within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, learning progress, vocabulary and grammar data, achievements, and other personal data associated with the account, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or the App Store to avoid further charges. If you subscribed on the web, cancel via Paddle (our Merchant of Record) before deleting.
